As a Lead Technology Analyst, you will lead the development of solutions that enable content creation, management, and delivery across enterprise digital channels. Supporting the Content Supply Chain and MarTech DevOps Team, you will help drive the technology, governance, and content architecture behind platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Creative Cloud. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to establish scalable content models, metadata strategies, and platform integrations that improve content quality, consistency, and operational efficiency. Your work will help position content as a strategic enterprise asset while supporting personalization, digital innovation, and future AI-enabled experiences across Southwest. This Dallas-based role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require onsite presence / travel for trainings, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in an approved remote location within the Dallas - Fort Worth area. U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
