About The Position

This is a long-term opportunity to work directly for a single owner while helping build and operate a premier private workshop. The successful candidate will play an important role not only in maintaining vehicles and equipment, but also in shaping the future direction of the workshop itself. This is not a dealership position. There are no retail customers, no service writers, no flat-rate billing requirements, and no pressure to maximize billable hours. The focus is on quality workmanship, problem solving, organization, craftsmanship, and long-term ownership. The position is initially based in Western Wisconsin. Over time, the role may expand to support workshop facilities, vehicles, equipment, and specialty projects located in both Wisconsin and Tennessee. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help develop and standardize multiple private workshop operations while working on a diverse range of vehicles, equipment, and mechanical projects. For the right individual, this represents a rare opportunity to become a trusted long-term partner in building and maintaining a unique private collection and workshop operation.
