About The Position

This is a long-term opportunity to work directly for a single owner while helping build and operate a premier private workshop. The successful candidate will play an important role not only in maintaining vehicles and equipment, but also in shaping the future direction of the workshop itself. This is not a dealership position. There are no retail customers, no service writers, no flat-rate billing requirements, and no pressure to maximize billable hours. The focus is on quality workmanship, problem solving, organization, craftsmanship, and long-term ownership. The position is initially based in Western Wisconsin. Over time, the role may expand to support workshop facilities, vehicles, equipment, and specialty projects located in both Wisconsin and Tennessee.
