About The Position

Main Street Auto (Fryer's Automotive, Lagrange, GA) is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician / Mechanic. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles with accuracy and efficiency. The technician will also take the lead on complex jobs and support other technicians. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a growing company that values expertise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician
• Strong diagnostic skills (electrical & mechanical)
• Ability to handle complex repairs independently
• Experience using modern scan tools and shop software
• Excellent communication and time-management
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics for engine, mechanical, and electrical systems
• Complete repairs efficiently and safely
• Work with service advisors on repair recommendations
• Maintain clean, organized work areas

• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership
