The IT Support Technician, Lead, performs a variety of technical support services related to the installation, operation, repair, and diagnosis of computer equipment and related services. Also provides technical support assistance to both IT Support technicians and end users as needed. Leads projects and manages special requests as needed. The Lead will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the department and will provide assistance and training to the IT Support Technicians as needed.
