What is the opportunity? The SIAI Digital Development team is constantly undertaking complex development initiatives within Global Cyber Security. Our Digital Development team designs, architects, and builds bespoke solutions to support forward-thinking and industry leading initiatives from Cyber & Digital Threat Hunting, Cyber Analytics, Adversary Emulation, Data Loss Prevention teams. We are seeking a Lead Technical Support Engineer to take ownership of critical production services. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of over 20+ production services, driving modernization, migration, and disaster recovery initiatives. You will be a key contributor in maintaining system health, resolving complex technical issues, and upholding security standards across our infrastructure. What will you do? Provide support for production services, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime. Lead security vulnerability remediation (SAST/DAST) efforts and other compliance initiatives, ensuring compliance with security best practices and policies. Execute critical modernization and migration projects to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and resilience. Develop, test, and maintain Disaster Recovery plans, ensuring business continuity in critical scenarios. Monitor system health, performance, and security metrics, proactively identifying areas for optimization. Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical growth.
