About The Position

It is Indeed’s strategy to deliver enterprise customers with data integrations that speed and simplify the delivery of Indeed’s recruiting solutions. You will coordinate the creation and adoption of Indeed’s APIs that enable the automated delivery of all Indeed solutions for our partners and enterprise customers. As the Lead, Integrations Delivery you will be responsible for coordinating the building of our integrations, so that there is a clear vision for how and when key integrations will be built and available for use with our internal teams and external partners and clients.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
  • Experience with large-scale integrations and APIs, including experience with technology platforms and HR technology vendors.
  • Experience with programming languages used for business process automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, XML, HTML, CSS, URLs, and URL parameters.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and advanced IQL, with experience using Tableau and Tableau Prep Builder.
  • Understanding of software development, including technical dependencies, web-based user interfaces, and how systems and integrations are built and connected.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize responsibilities, manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment, drive results, pursue self-development, and contribute with a team-oriented, big-picture mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the deployment, implementation, and delivery of APIs and integrations with application partners, including establishing expectations, timelines, technical requirements, and data availability.
  • Evaluate integration opportunities and define scope, technical architecture, security and privacy requirements, data elements, dependencies, and development specifications needed to support future integrations.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to internal and external teams on complex API and integration solutions, providing guidance to Sales, Customer Success, partners, and clients on technical questions and integration requirements.
  • Partner with integration teams and customers throughout discovery, technical architecture, development, testing, and go-live to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of data.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and health of partner integrations; collaborate with partners to optimize integrations, resolve issues, and maintain dashboards that measure performance against KPIs.
  • Represent partner and customer requirements with internal teams to inform product improvements, guidelines, rules, and best practices that improve the integration experience and partner engagement.
  • Mentor junior team members and initiate projects that improve team efficiency; communicate enhancement, improvement, and defect opportunities to management while providing timely support to clients seeking integrations.
