Responsible for implementing, improving, supporting and leading the processes, strategies, communications and tools for technical organizations to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage in technical business areas. Must have a thorough knowledge of the technical organization (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) coupled with a strong business background. This position makes decisions that impact the business across multiple organizations, technical processes, business processes, and platform interfaces. This position sets, evaluates, manages, and changes daily / weekly system processing, prioritizes defects, maintenance, and system fixes. Tests and evaluates for referential integrity issues between key tables and processes and determines solutions and solution implementation affecting internal team, external groups, and clients.
