About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Lead Team Member to provide customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes working with the food program. The Lead Team Member also leads shifts regularly, gaining entry-level management experience while helping maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service. The position involves working throughout the store, both inside and outside, and requires regular, predictable onsite attendance. The successful candidate will work with an energetic team to complete daily tasks.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.

Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to lead a team and provide entry-level employee supervision.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
