The Lead Team Member position is a full-time role with overnight shift availability. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and condition, managing merchandise and sales, overseeing financial and security controls, and assisting with staffing and administrative duties. The role involves supervising customer service representatives in the absence of the Store Assistant Manager, coaching and training new employees, and potentially directing the fast food service area. The Lead Team Member also plays a key role in monitoring sales, cash handling, inventory, and reporting any discrepancies or incidents to the Store Manager. This position requires adherence to company standards for operations, conduct, and performance, and may involve irregular hours and requires regular and predictable onsite attendance.
