About The Position

We are looking for a Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers a challenging, fast-paced, and fun environment with opportunities for career growth. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will gain entry-level management experience by regularly leading shifts. The position involves working around the store, both inside and out, to maintain high standards for appearance and provide fast, friendly service to customers. You will interact with many customers daily and work with an energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.
