About The Position

Ann Kids Educational Centers is seeking a Lead Teacher to join their team. Founded by educators, Ann Kids provides a warm, nurturing environment for children and staff. Requirements

3 years in early childhood education preferred
Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, with a minimum of 18 credits in ECE.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; adept at fostering a team environment and building community.
Friendly and caring personality
Must pass comprehensive background checks and a health screening.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

Actively engage with children to ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and valued.
Lead and inspire a team of classroom aides and assistants, promoting a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
Work closely with your team to plan fun and engaging activities that cater to the developmental needs of each child using the Creative Curriculum.
Foster strong relationships with parents and families through regular communication and participation in community events.
