About The Position

Tutor Time of Apple Valley is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The role involves developing interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow teachers, supporting preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth, managing the classroom, implementing curriculum, following licensing guidelines and company standards, and building relationships with enrolled and prospective families. The position requires engaging in physical activity with children and working indoors or outdoors.

Compensation is $19.87–$20.65 per hour, based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options are available. Full-time employees receive immediate health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Part-time employees are offered limited medical coverage. Education assistance, including tuition reimbursement and certification, is available to all employees. The work week is Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
