Assistant Teacher, Tutor Time of Apple Valley
About The Position
The Assistant Teacher helps provide daily care for children while following all licensing guidelines and company standards. The role supports a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized; develops skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children; and communicates effectively with families. The position includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Candidates should be energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children, and able to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience. They must be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. The work week is Monday through Friday.
