About The Position

The Lead Teacher plans and implements curriculum-driven, developmentally appropriate lessons in a nurturing and engaging classroom. The role serves toddler through preschool/prekindergarten children, adapting learning experiences to individual needs while fostering positive relationships with children and families. Teachers maintain a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment. The school provides dedicated planning time outside the classroom and supports professional growth, including assistance in obtaining a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must meet State of Texas and National hiring standards.
• Employment is contingent upon cleared DFPS, DPS, and FBI background checks.

• An education-related bachelor's degree, associate degree, or CDA is preferred.
