Requirements

High school diploma required.
Must complete state-required training.
Strong communication skills with children, families, and colleagues.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. related to child handling.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
CDA certification preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise children during activities to ensure their well-being.
