About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers. The role promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the classroom. The Lead Teacher manages the classroom, implements the curriculum, and ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The position also involves building sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
