About The Position
The Lansing School District is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Summer School program at Gardner at Everett. This role is responsible for instructional time and planning during the summer session. The district is committed to providing an excellent education in a safe and nurturing environment and champions diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements
- Internal applicants in the aligned bargaining unit will receive preference.
- Must be available for the specified schedule: June 8th - July 2nd, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
- Requires 6 hours of instructional time per day plus an additional 48 hours of planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide instructional time for students during the summer session.
- Engage in planning activities related to the summer program.
- Contribute to the mission of providing an excellent education to all students in a safe and nurturing environment.
