About The Position
The Village Learning Center, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), is seeking a qualified Lead Teacher who is passionate about providing young children with an exceptional early learning experience. The role is suited to people dedicated to nurturing young minds, whether they have prior childcare experience or are new to the industry. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise stated.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must meet applicable state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
- Meet one of the stated qualification options: Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development; 6 ECE credits and 9 credits in education, psychology, health care, nursing, or a field related to child growth and development; CDA; CCP; or Group Teacher endorsement from the NJ Registry for Childhood Professionals.
