Lead Teacher
About The Position
As a Lead Teacher, you will create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. You will also build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. The role is with Learning Care Group, Inc., a childcare provider offering early childhood education programs for children from 6 weeks to 12 years. The company describes its curriculum as research-based and designed to support holistic child development in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

- Hourly pay of $19.67–$20.44, with bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; compensation is based on position, education, and experience.
