We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Time Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and lead a classroom with confidence, care, and creativity.
Requirements
- Have a passion for educating and inspiring young children.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool setting.
- Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Possess strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Must meet all applicable state licensing and background screening requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Have ECE coursework, CDA, or an Early Childhood Education degree (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead your classroom using TLE's proprietary curriculum and programs.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers to ensure classroom success.
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
