About The Position

The Goddard School of Roseville is looking for a creative Lead Teacher who loves working with both children and fellow staff members to deliver a great experience to students and families. This is a new location looking for someone to shape a new classroom to their own vision in a thriving community with low teacher-to-child ratios. The Goddard School of Roseville uses Goddard’s proprietary Wonder of Learning curriculum to deliver great education to children from six weeks to six years old. This pre-built curriculum is customizable so individual teachers and classrooms can follow the interests of children and see where they lead. Requirements

Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and/or CDA required
Previous experience working in a school or childcare setting required
Passionate about working with children
Reliable and punctual
Creative and enthusiastic
Patient, positive demeanor
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Authorization to work in the US required
Must be able to pass Minnesota background study
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to facilitate the care of children in terms of their well-being, safety, and hygiene.
