About The Position

Strive Charter School is opening in Fall 2026 in the South Bronx, offering a progressive, child-centered approach to education. Requirements

• Teaching experience, preferably at the elementary school level.
• BA Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to students.
• Engage students in self-directed activities such as reading books of their choice, doing science kits, engaging in project-based learning, and playing educational games.
• Support small group instruction with the help of teaching assistants.
• Supervise lunch and recess with the help of teaching assistants.
• Collaborate with colleagues for individual and team planning.
