The position requires a Bachelor's degree in early childhood development, education, or a related field, with specific credit hours in early childhood education or approved courses. A minimum of two years of job-related experience is necessary, along with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for classroom arrangement, developing activity schedules, maintaining assessment materials, overseeing housekeeping and sanitation, and participating in various meetings and activities. Additionally, the role includes personnel management, such as preparing reports, attending meetings to improve staff teaching skills, assuming responsibility in the Director's absence, and supervising assistant teachers and students. The position also involves student/customer service, including assisting with family enrollment and orientation, and performing other related duties as assigned.
