As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress. Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Maryland MSDE Preschool 90 Hours Certification Required
Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, work schedule is based on business needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors degree, Associates Degree (or at least 30 college credits) in Early Childhood Education preferred
