Requirements

High school Diploma
MSDE School Age clock hour certification REQUIRED
Classroom Experience working with children in a classroom setting, often through student teaching or internships.
Classroom Management Skills includes proficiency in managing classroom behavior, creating a positive learning environment, and implementing discipline strategies.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in schools is not strictly required; candidates from fields like customer service, healthcare, and retail may be considered if they have a passion for working with children.
