About The Position

My Gym Children's Fitness is hiring a Lead Teacher to lead fun, structured classes for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years. This role involves being active, playing, and leading every shift, and is not a desk job. The position offers growth opportunities, paid training, and a clear path to full-time and leadership roles, with the potential to grow into early childhood education through the Preschool Prep Program. The work environment is described as fun and active.

Requirements

• Loves working with kids
• Energetic, outgoing, and reliable
• Comfortable leading groups and being "on stage"
• Afternoons + weekends availability

Nice To Haves

• Coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater experience
• Early childhood education or preschool settings experience

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy classes, camps, and birthday parties
• Coach kids through games, obstacle courses, and activities
• Create a safe, structured, and FUN environment
• Build relationships with parents and families
• Help with tours, enrollments, and basic front desk tasks
