About The Position

My Gym Children's Fitness is hiring energetic, reliable team members to lead classes and create an exceptional experience for children and families at our Wellesley location. This is an active, hands-on role for individuals who enjoy working with kids, are comfortable leading groups, and are looking for consistent, meaningful part-time work. Availability for afternoons and at least one weekend day is required. This role is best suited for candidates looking for consistent, year-round work and who take pride in being reliable team members.

Requirements

• Experience in athletics, dance, gymnastics, theater, coaching, or early childhood education
• Availability for afternoons and at least one weekend day

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist structured fitness classes for children (ages 6 weeks–10 years)
• Run high-energy birthday parties, camps, and special programs
• Create a safe, organized, and engaging environment for every child
• Build positive relationships with children and parents
• Support daily operations and maintain a clean, well-run facility
• Assist with events and community outreach efforts
