About The Position

The Learning Experience - Worcester is seeking qualified Lead Teachers across our early childhood programs. We're open to Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators and will consider your qualifications, experience, strengths, and preferred age group when determining classroom placement. If you're an experienced early childhood educator ready to lead a classroom, we want to hear from you - even if you aren't searching for one specific age group.

Requirements

Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed
Professional early childhood classroom experience required
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education

Nice To Haves

Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance
Observe and document children's development
Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families
Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization
Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
