About The Position

We’re looking for exceptional Lead Teachers who are natural leaders and qualified to be director designee as needed to support opening and closing of the center. Primary responsibilities will be to help shape our classrooms, culture, and community. Secondary responsibilities will include supporting the closing operations of the school as the director designee.

Requirements

• Director Qualified per Illinois DCFS 407 regulations (required).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting.
• At least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or CDA credential.
• 2–10 years of experience in early childhood education (Montessori experience a plus).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
