We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Lead Talent Management Partner. This individual will be instrumental in shaping our employee experience by owning the strategy, design, and execution of key company-wide Talent Management programs, including Performance and Internal Mobility and the critical intersection with our Manager capability, ensuring our feedback and development processes are continuous, effective, and aligned with our organizational goals. This role is hybrid based out of our Irvine or Palo Alto, CA., Normal, IL or Atlanta offices and reports directly to the Director of Talent Management.
