Lead, Talent Enablement

Bond Brand LoyaltyToronto, ON
CA$83,000 - CA$103,000Hybrid

About The Position

At Bond Brand Loyalty, we build growth and loyalty for some of the world’s recognized brands. Behind that work is a team of smart, curious people who care deeply about clients, each other, and building something meaningful together. The Lead, Talent Enablement will be accountable for designing, building, launching and continuously improving our products and experiences aligned to the Talent Enablement roadmap to create meaningful ways to help leaders lead with confidence and employees grow with clarity. This role is key to our talent enablement work, partnering to bring together leadership development, manager enablement, performance enablement, Career Pathing, Talent Marketplace, Career Coach, and the rollout of the Skills Taxonomy and internal mobility into one connected ecosystem. This is not a traditional L&D role. It’s a builder role for someone who thinks beyond individual programs and cares about how the whole experience works together. You’ll partner closely with the Director, Talent Enablement and leaders across the business to build and launch experiences, tools, and pathways that are grounded in Bond’s Leadership Principles, aligned to our values, and built for a fast-changing, AI-enabled world of work.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in talent enablement, leadership development, organizational development, or a similar space.
  • Experience designing and building capability experiences that go beyond standalone learning programs.
  • A strong ability to turn strategy into practical, useful experiences, tools, and resources that support real growth on the job.
  • Confidence designing modern enablement experiences that blend structured learning, social learning, manager support, and in-the-flow-of-work tools.
  • A systems mindset-you naturally connect leadership, performance, skills, career growth, and mobility rather than treating them as separate programs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business.
  • A builder mentality-you’re comfortable with ambiguity, move quickly, and enjoy creating something new.
  • Curiosity about AI and how it can strengthen how people learn, grow, and lead.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with performance enablement platforms, skills or career frameworks, or internal talent marketplace solutions is an asset.

  • Help evolve Bond’s performance experience to support more frequent, forward-looking growth and development conversations.

  • Support the development and evolution of key initiatives including skills taxonomy, career pathing, Talent Marketplace V2, and Career Coach Agent V1.
  • Drive the adoption and change management for Talent Enablement products and experiences building leader buy-in, planning and executing rollouts, creating supporting communications, and to support sustained behaviour changes for team members.
  • Gather feedback from leaders and team members, track adoption and engagement, and use data, including learning metrics, employee sentiment, and business outcomes through the GPTW, pulse surveys and qualitative feedback to assess what's working and continuously improve the products and experiences we build.
