About The Position

The Lead TA Partner is responsible for providing strategic recruitment support for our Enabling Functions and Technology organizations. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders to design and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract high-caliber professionals in specialized domains. You will focus on driving sourcing strategies, fostering a seamless and inclusive candidate experience, and ensuring efficient delivery against organizational talent goals. As a strategic advisor, you will influence high-level hiring decisions and lead negotiations for critical, complex roles within the global technology and corporate infrastructure space.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of professional experience and education.
  • Considerable years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with specific expertise in recruiting for Technology and/or Enabling Function roles (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal, IT).
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and understanding immigration/export control requirements as they relate to global talent mobility.
  • Proven experience navigating complex hiring processes within large-scale, matrixed organizations.
  • Proficiency with modern recruitment technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron, Tableau, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end hiring strategies for high-complexity, high-visibility roles within IT, Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, and Corporate Communications.
  • Build and maintain robust, high-quality pipelines of specialized talent using advanced sourcing methodologies tailored to niche technical and corporate skill sets.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, equitable, and delivers a positive candidate experience in accordance with Canadian accessibility and employment standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscapes within the technology and enabling function sectors.
  • Lead and negotiate complex offers, ensuring alignment with business needs, equity, and market conditions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in the Technology and Enabling Functions organizations, providing data-driven recommendations on hiring strategies and talent supply.
  • Influence leadership on compensation structures and recruitment strategies to secure top-tier talent in competitive markets.
  • Apply Lean methodology to daily workflows to meet KPIs and drive data integrity.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, implement best practices, and act as a change champion for the broader talent acquisition function.
