About The Position

As the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead hourly recruiting strategy and execution for Polaris's Huntsville, Alabama manufacturing facility, supporting critical staffing needs that enable operational and production success. You will partner closely with operations and human resources leaders to attract, assess, and hire manufacturing talent while managing the full recruiting lifecycle for high-volume hourly positions. In this role, you will use recruiting analytics, labor market insights, and process improvement methodologies to enhance hiring outcomes, candidate experience, and recruiting efficiency. You will also serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on talent acquisition processes, systems, and best practices. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, including significant experience supporting high-volume recruiting within manufacturing, operations, distribution, or similar environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale hourly recruiting initiatives and achieving staffing objectives.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics, analytics, and reporting to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, sourcing strategies, labor market dynamics, and workforce planning principles.
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers, operational leaders, and human resources stakeholders.
  • Experience leading recruiting process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or a similar applicant tracking system.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-volume hourly manufacturing positions to achieve staffing plans and support production objectives.
  • Partner with operations and human resources leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for hourly and skilled manufacturing talent.
  • Manage recruiting activities including job intake, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding partnership.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for manufacturing, skilled trades, maintenance, technician, and other critical operational roles.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, hiring outcomes, labor market trends, and sourcing effectiveness to identify opportunities for improved hiring performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and recruiter productivity.
  • Create and maintain recruiting dashboards and key performance indicators to monitor results and drive accountability.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing practices, candidate assessment, and recruiting best practices.
  • Manage relationships with staffing agencies, workforce development partners, technical schools, community organizations, and other recruiting resources.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition processes, systems, and operational best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, company policies, and recruiting procedures.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that modernize and optimize talent acquisition processes to meet evolving workforce needs.
