We are currently seeking a Lead Systems Programmer to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).
Requirements
- 6+ Years of PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- 5+ Years of experience with SQL and DB2 database environments
- 4+Years of Windows Server architecture and administration
- Must reside in the US
Nice To Haves
- 3+ Years of exposure to .NET technologies (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks and system monitoring
- Manage and optimize SQL and DB2 database environments, including stored procedures and performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure solutions align with business needs
- Participate in system design reviews, testing workshops, and technical planning sessions
- Lead efforts in identifying and resolving infrastructure defects and performance issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and process optimization
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
