About The Position

Saratech is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer that will be engaged with the SE Team through Design, Integration, & Certification activities for a military commercial-derivative aircraft interior modification effort.

Requirements

• Must have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and minimum 9 years prior relevant Systems Engineering experience. Alternatively, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related Systems Engineering experience.
• Must have demonstrated experience in military commercial-derivative aircraft interior modifications WRT design, integration, installation, and certification.
• Must have experience in 14 CFR Part 25 certification and understanding of both commercial certification standards and military specifications / requirements.
• Must have expert-level experience regarding all phases of the Systems Engineering V model and proven experience WRT the implementation of Systems Engineering principles and processes.
• Must have Supplier & Equipment Management experience, including the proven ability to lead equipment source selection processes and manage supplier relationships throughout design, qualification, and production phases.
• Must have demonstrated experience in program planning, guidance, and Engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• US Citizen or Green Card

Responsibilities

• Perform systems requirements management, system architecture development, and interface control documentation (ICDs).
• Guide the SE Team WRT technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, installation, and certification.
• Lead the equipment source selection processes and manage supplier relationships throughout design, qualification, and production phases.
• Ability to travel CONUS
