This senior-level professional role will focus on SAP SuccessFactors, with deep expertise required in Employee Central, Compensation, and Recruiting/Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in systems integration, data analytics and reporting, work with shared services to support tickets and provide end-to-end SuccessFactors security frameworks support. The lead analyst will serve as a trusted advisor to both HR and IT leadership. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and leadership capability to deliver scalable and effective solutions that support Starbucks' global workforce.
