As an HRIS Business Analyst, you will be critical in optimizing our HR systems, specifically SAP HCM (Personnel Administration and Organizational Management) and SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and related modules), to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience. You will serve as a functional expert, working closely with HR, IT, and business partners to ensure our systems are aligned with organizational needs. Position can be remote, with a preferred location within commuting distance to Kent, Ohio. The annual salary range is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00.
