About The Position

Training Specialist (onsite Trainer) to deliver SuccessFactors training in a region (Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central). Client will provide training logistics schedule and Training Concepts and Agendas posted on Teams folder structure access for all Trainers. Trainer will bring own laptop and use for training, including logging into Client's Teams and designated SuccessFactors instance. Data: Client will populate consumable data needed for participants; Trainer will only be responsible for creating data to support their own demos. Client assistant trainers will be present in the classroom for all training sessions and can address business process questions.

Requirements

Familiarity with adult learning principles and the ability to adapt content for virtual delivery.
Experience with training development and delivery for SuccessFactors Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.
Comfortable navigating and demonstrating clinical technology platforms or similar software in a live training environment.
Proven ability to lead / facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex information and respond to learner questions in real time.
Ability to manage group dynamics, encourage participation, and handle disruptions or technical issues smoothly.
Experience in training, instructional design, or learning and development—SuccessFactors Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central knowledge is required.
Expertise in instructional design models and adult learning principles.
Proven experience building/developing and facilitating training programs using modern tools and methodologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills—able to explain complex topics clearly and confidently.
Ability to manage projects independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with training tools and platforms.
