About The Position

Responsible for transforming business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions by leveraging expertise in software, platforms, networks, and cloud technologies. The role involves leading the design, development, and integration of end-to-end systems, ensuring they meet functional, performance, and reliability standards through rigorous engineering analysis. Translate core business and architectural requirements into final technical solutions, encompassing platforms, networks, software, and cloud services. This includes defining subsystems, their interfaces, and allocating responsibilities to ensure cohesive integration and deployment. Conduct in-depth functional, performance, and reliability assessments using advanced engineering models and software development methods across the technology stack. Support application components and subsystems, ensuring they meet specifications and integrate smoothly within the overall architecture. Guide development teams by making critical design decisions and ensuring alignment with technical direction. Establish and enhance the Continuous Delivery Pipeline by participating in planning, definition, and high-level system design. Explore and evaluate different implementation alternatives to optimize delivery and support rapid, reliable deployment of new features. Plan and prepare the technical infrastructure needed for future business features and capabilities. Develop the Architectural Runway to support ongoing innovation and scalability. Work closely with portfolio stakeholders, solution architects, and enterprise architects to develop, analyze, and realize technical enablers. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among teams to align with project objectives. Engage in project planning, system and solution demonstrations, and retrospective workshops, ensuring project milestones are met and continuous improvement practices are followed. Understand and assist with the architectural integration of external components, systems, and platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability within the solution. Design and automate solutions for disaggregated architectures, focusing on enhanced cloud-based connectivity and network fabric elements. Deliver modular, configuration-driven software to improve service delivery and assurance automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, or Electrical Engineering
  • 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation
  • Working with portfolio stakeholders, solution, and enterprise architects to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enablers
  • Developing, optimizing, and maintaining of cellular networks in accordance with 3GPP standards
  • Working in architecture and design of systems using Micro services, REST architecture
  • Coaching and mentoring engineers, developer
  • Experienced in cloud technologies, virtualizing network services and dynamically managing network resources: Network Cloud (CNIS), Azure, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef or Terraform
  • Building and CICD technologies: GitHub, Jenkins
  • HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, and CSS3
  • Unix/Linux command line
  • Working with Agile/Scrum/Kanban development team
  • Designing and managing RAN, Core and IP networks, with a deep understanding of signaling protocols
  • Utilizing mathematical concepts, including non-linear communications, vectors, complex numbers, and logarithms, to understand and apply advanced technical information
  • Integrating, verifying, and providing technical support for NFV components, SDN applications, and cloud platform management
  • Enhancing network performance and efficiency while adhering to industry standards
  • Deploying, configuring, and supporting cloud computing platforms using cloud management frameworks
  • Applying architectural and scripting knowledge to ensure fault, configuration, accounting, performance, and security management
  • Designing comprehensive network solutions with a focus on automation and cloud-based service
