About The Position

Ensures all returned supplies are restocked. Coordinates Stocking of daily bulk supply delivery. Monitors Supply Room Inventory Levels to ensure sufficient levels. Facilitates and Processes the Surgery supply orders, routine and special orders. Works with Purchasing to ensure all orders are placed. Responds to customers timely to meet their needs, works with all vendors for best outcome. Performs other related duties as required and/or directed by manager. Assumes Supervisory responsibility in the absence of the manager. Performs other duties as assigned. Subject to overtime and call back as needed.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 yrs prior experience in Medical Supply / Inventory Field.
• Minimum Required 1 yr experience in Medical Supply / Inventory Field.
• Skill and Proficiency in Computer use, Knowledgeable of IS Programs such as Word, Excel, Email, Basic Desk Top.
• Minimum Required 1 yr experience in Medical Supply Inventory.
• Basic Computer, Communication and Mathematical Skills.
• Minimum Required Basic Computer Skills.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred/Desired 2 yrs experience in Medical Supply / Inventory Field.
• Preferred/Desired Associates Degree
• Preferred/Desired Experience with Lawson Software and HSM Programs

Responsibilities

• Monitors Supply Room Inventory levels to maintain sufficient stock for Surgery Cases
• Tracks, Maintains and Processes any and all Special Orders for Surgery
• Ensures all Supply Requisition Orders are placed
• Ensures all returned supplies from Surgery are properly restocked in supply room
• Coordinates Stocking of Daily Supply Bulk Delivery from Primary Vendor
• Responds timely and accurately to all customers request
• Completes Assigned Goals
