As Lead Supply Chain Economics Analyst, you will join a small, collaborative team promoting better health and financial outcomes for consumers through the integration of advanced analytics, clinical insights, and transformative digital capabilities

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or other related area or equivalent work-related experience
  • Must have 3+ years’ experience in Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience
  • Must be able to understand and evaluate risk
  • Experience with supporting and managing contractual guarantees
  • 1+ years’ experience with modeling and data management
  • Advanced SQL, DB Visualizer and Excel skills required
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a high degree of mathematical aptitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with senior management and key business users
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task

Nice To Haves

  • Tableau/ Power Bi experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytics support and recommendations to senior leadership regarding various initiatives, related to formulary rebate and pharmacy network optimization strategies
  • Develop tools and processes to monitor revenue performance and implement necessary tasks to bring performance to or above targets
  • Create and implement metrics and measures to establish performance objectives for revenue maximization
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analyses, data reports and performance metrics
  • Design and maintain policy and procedures supporting overall compliance including; contract, state/regulatory requirements
  • Leverage technology expertise to engage across the enterprise to identify and implement opportunities for automation through artificial intelligence
