Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisor, shift lead, or key holder role
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, food and beverage, entertainment, or another guest facing environment
  • Natural people-person who genuinely enjoys guest interaction
  • Comfortable leading a small team in a fast paced setting
  • Organized and dependable, even under pressure
  • Confident with basic tech, including tablets, POS systems, and booking platforms
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests with warmth, confidence, and energy
  • Lead the shift team, delegate tasks, and provide real time coaching
  • Open and close the venue according to company standards
  • Guide walk-ins through booking and actively promote the experience
  • Host and support Gamebox sessions while keeping the mood fun and inclusive
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready venue at all times
  • Support birthday parties, school groups, corporate events, and other group bookings
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues using tablets and in-venue systems
  • Handle guest questions or concerns quickly and professionally
  • Communicate shift updates, guest feedback, and operational issues to the General Manager
