About The Position

The Material Control Supervisor is a full-time, onsite position. The Supervisor is responsible for leading a UAW represented workforce, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance and accurate inventory management. This position will oversee the day-to-day activities in the receiving, packaging, replenishment, picking, and shipping processes. Our supervisor is critical in driving performance to meet KPI’s and fostering positive relationships with the team and other stakeholders. This role requires extreme flexibility including the ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and most company holidays. Overtime is expected as needed and is compensated accordingly.

Requirements

• Leadership experience
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Knowledge of inventory management principles
• Understanding of safety compliance in an operational setting
• Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and most company holidays
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience with UAW represented workforce
• Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a logistics context
