The Lead Supervisor I role involves maintaining a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position serves as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness. Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of Company initiatives, supporting full business operations, and fostering a growth mindset for business and personal development. The role also requires establishing trust, maintaining integrity, and supporting a collaborative and inclusive environment. The Lead Supervisor I will monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, make recommendations to enhance store performance, and implement individualized team development. They will exemplify strong business acumen, execute strategies to achieve store goals/KPIs, and support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training. Providing feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and holding the team accountable for goals are also crucial. The role ensures team compliance with Company policies and procedures. Furthermore, the position is customer-focused, assisting in executing innovative strategies for both internal and external partners, creating a customer-centric culture, mentoring the team on clienteling strategy, and providing HR and conflict resolution support in the absence of the leadership team. The Lead Supervisor I champions company resources to support a healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
  • Can bend, reach, stretch as well as lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product, cartons, props or fixtures up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

  • Provides HR and conflict resolution support to team and in district in absence of leadership team
