This position will lead the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts supporting key Honeywell programs. The selected candidate will support the Mechanical Assemblies Government Sourcing team. Starting with proposal, fulfillment of the sales order, and ending with negotiating subcontracts or long-term purchase orders. The Lead Subcontracts Specialist will deliver compliant FAR15 packages to the Government, work closely with the Pricing organization, and negotiate with suppliers to get FAR15 compliant subcontracts in place. You will report directly to our Director of Strategic Sourcing on a hybrid work schedule. New hires will be onsite for the first 90 days per policy. This position can be located the following sites: Clearwater, FL, Glendale, AZ, Tempe, AZ

Requirements

• Experience with FAR15 proposals and subcontracts.
• Experience supporting government sourcing teams.
• Experience with proposal initiation, sales order fulfillment, and negotiation of subcontracts or long-term purchase orders.
• Ability to deliver compliant FAR15 packages to the Government.
• Ability to work closely with the Pricing organization.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers to get FAR15 compliant subcontracts in place.

Responsibilities
