About The Position

The Lead Stylist provides high-quality technical services to LifeSpa members and guests and serves as an example for other technicians. The role includes hiring and coaching the LifeSpa team to support their financial success, as well as managing operational duties such as inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labor.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to perform minor lifting.
• Strong professional presentation, technical ability, and relationship-building skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Five or more years of technical experience.
• Appropriate state, county, or city licenses.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of salon or spa leadership experience.
• Hair technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help ensure they are comfortable throughout their LifeSpa experience.
• Deliver high-quality technical services.
• Provide expertise in beauty analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promote LifeSpa service and retail education within the Life Time ecosystem.
• Act as a positive role model and help create a happy work environment.
• Recruit and staff team members while optimizing schedules.
• Place and receive orders and complete weekly inventory.
• Manage hourly and commissioned team member payroll.
• Host monthly team member meetings and weekly one-to-one meetings.
