About The Position

C2 Technology Group, a Crete United Company, is hiring a Lead Structured Cabling Technician to install and test structured cabling infrastructure and lead field installation crews. The role includes work with UTP, fiber optic, and multi-conductor copper cabling, as well as LAN, inter-building backbone, security, and audio/video cabling. The technician will document installations, conduct site surveys, plan tasks, and coordinate with project managers and engineers. Pay is $20–$28 per hour, depending on knowledge, experience, and ability. A pre-hire drug screen, background check, and DMV check are required. Requirements

At least 3 years of verifiable experience in low-voltage or telecommunications.
Experience with LAN, inter-building backbone, security, and audio/video cabling.
Proficiency with industry-recognized certification tools, test equipment, and processes.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; perform basic math; and distinguish industry color codes.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, work in confined spaces and at heights, and work in varying temperatures.
Verifiable experience and character references are required.
Must pass pre-hire drug screening, background check, and DMV check.

Responsibilities
