About The Position

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Myrtle Beach, SC. The role involves running commercial structured cabling projects from start to finish, including establishing and managing cable pathways, pulling, dressing, labeling, and terminating copper cabling, and building out and organizing telecom/comm rooms. The technician will perform testing using Fluke testers, ensuring proper setup, correct cable IDs, and accurate project naming. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting cabling and test failures, leading and managing crews, keeping teams productive, ensuring quality workmanship, and providing daily progress reports on cable counts, work completed, and any issues or delays.
