Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis preferred).
  • PE or SE License preferred
  • 5+ years of structural engineering experience.
  • Strong background in reinforced concrete, steel design, and structural analysis.
  • Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for solving complex structural challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead structural design and engineering analysis for complex precast concrete building systems.
  • Develop structural calculations for concrete and steel systems.
  • Solve challenging engineering problems throughout design, fabrication, and construction.
  • Coordinate directly with Project Managers, Manufacturing, BIM, and Field Operations.
  • Mentor Structural Engineers and Project Engineers.
  • Support technical reviews and engineering quality.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams during project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement and engineering innovation.
  • Support constructability reviews and prefabrication strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
